Jehnae Jasmine

I am a proud graduate of the first historically Black college and university (HBCU), where I earned a BS Degree in Physics. My academic journey then took me to the University of Delaware, where I specialized in biomechanics and movement science, focusing on developing prosthetic devices. I am passionately pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the esteemed University of Maryland at College Park.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively engage with my community as an esteemed member of the Southern Maryland Chain Chapter of the Links, Inc. Within this organization, I have had the privilege of serving on numerous committees dedicated to youth development and STEM initiatives.

Beyond my academic and community involvement, I have carved out a distinctive niche as an advocate for empowerment and self-worth. As a pageant queen, I view my crown as a symbol of personal achievement and a powerful platform to amplify the voices of those who need it most.

“Don’t Adjust Your C.R.O.W.N.” epitomizes my unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and encouraging them to recognize and embrace their innate value.

One of my most cherished qualities is my desire to extend my impact beyond my current reach. While I have already made a profound difference in the lives of many, my aspirations are far-reaching. I aim to work with individuals of all age groups because I firmly believe in building confidence and providing a supportive community to help people navigate life’s challenges. This unwavering commitment to empowerment fuels my daily endeavors, driving me to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
