Program Overview

Discovering the C.R.O.W.N. is a signature mentoring program under Don’t Adjust Your C.R.O.W.N., designed for middle and high school girls. We guide youth through workshops focused on Character, Rarity, Oneness, Worth, and Novelty—encouraging self-love, sisterhood, and goal-setting.

What We Do?

💖 Self-confidence & identity workshops

  1. 🗣️ Public speaking & vision board activities

  2. 🎓 Academic and college readiness coaching

  3. 🤝 Peer bonding, journaling, and affirmations

  4. 🔬 Optional STEM integrations in sessions (linked to C.R.O.W.N.ED in STEM)

Who It’s For?

Girls in grades 4–12

  1. Schools and after-school programs are looking for culturally affirming mentorship

  2. Youth seeking safe spaces to grow emotionally, academically, and socially)
